I know its not a long time but it will give some peace of mind that it is bumper to bumper warranty at time of purchase. My new Tesla is in and it is time to sell this one. Wheels do have some curb rash on them and I put new Goodyear run flat tires on about 6 months ago. At 37K miles the motor developed a small hum noise and the Tesla dealer put a whole new drive train in under warranty. hence new motor at 37K miles.
